UniExplore provides consulting and advisory services to prospective students. Our services include, but are not limited to, academic and career counseling, university and course selection, application review, visa guidance, and pre-departure support. We are not a university, and we do not grant degrees. Our role is to assist you in the application process.
2. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information to UniExplore. This includes all academic records, personal information, and any other documents required for your application. Any false or misleading information may result in the termination of our services without a refund. You are also responsible for meeting all deadlines set by UniExplore and the universities you apply to.
3. Service Fees and Payments
Our service fees are outlined in a separate agreement or quote provided to you. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your service agreement. Payments must be made in a timely manner as specified in the agreement. Failure to do so may result in the suspension of our services.
4. Third-Party Services
UniExplore may recommend or use third-party services, such as English language test providers (e.g., IELTS) or visa application centers. We are not responsible for the services, policies, or actions of these third parties. You are responsible for complying with their terms and conditions.
5. Limitation of Liability
UniExplore and its employees, agents, and partners are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our services. We do not guarantee admission to any university. The final decision rests solely with the educational institution.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the UniExplore website, including text, logos, and graphics, is the property of UniExplore and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our content without our express written permission.
7. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
